GPU8 and GPU9

Dear Autonians,

This is gentle remainder that you should stay away from GPU8 and GPU9
machines for the next 2 weeks until the rightful owner of the machines
finishes his jobs. I just killed and logged out two unauthorized users.
I would prefer not to use heavy handed approach. I will send a
notification when the rest of the lab can use those machines again.
