All CPU computing nodes rebooted

Dear Autonians,

Due to the security reasons I had to reboot all CPU computing nodes
without giving you a prior notice. I used this reboot to upgrade
installed packages. Unfortunately at least 2 servers where temporary
broken and it took me about 2h to put them together. I apologize for
this and hopefully I will not be forced to practice this kind of system
administration in the future.

P.S. GPU nodes are not rebooted and I would like to avoid that due to
the potential issues with proprietary NVidia drivers.
