Autonlab time sync

Which server? The synchronization is turned on. Having an inaccurate
clock might mean that the server is dying. Also keep in mind that CMU
network guys firewall NTP protocol so our computing nodes are
synchronized from my time server which is fetching time using http
protocol (from obvious reasons).
