Tensorflow/Theano related BLAS/ATLAS issue

Dear Autonians,

This is a shout out to all people using Tensorflow/Theano (either as a backend or directly). Since very recently, I receive the following warnings:

"WARNING (theano.tensor.blas): We did not found a dynamic library into the library_dir of the library we use for blas. If you use ATLAS, make sure to compile it with dynamics library."

The consequence is that Tensorflow/Theano computations are extremely slow or probably not computing at all. Is anyone facing or was in the past faced with the same issue?
