cuDNN

Dear Autonians,

I got an e-mail off the list regarding cuDNN. For the record I am not a
NVidia developer (not even a user of any of their products) so I can't
download the library

However I can share with you a link to a blog which explains
installation of many "deep learning" tools including cuDNN to our
computing nodes

As long as you use your scratch directory as a target you should be
golden.
