GPU7 now fully functional

Good news Autonians,

I have figured out how to attach the latest driver to Titan Xp cards.
GPU7 appears to be fully functional. Let me install the latest drivers
and fix the CUDA issues with GPU1-GPU6 before you start asking be about
TensorFlow and Caffe. On the plus side you have Conda installer in 

/opt/miniconda2 

which should make things easier.
