git 2.9 installed on compute nodes

Hi all,

git 2.9 should now be installed on all compute nodes.  It can be found at
/opt/rh/rh-git29/root/usr/bin/git .  If you have software or scripts that
need newer versions of git than the system default (1.8), you can tell them
to use this one.
