GPU2 is "fixed"

Dear Autonians,

I removed the defective GPU card from GPU2 computing node. The server is 
now back in production with three working GPU cards. I will give you an 
advance notice when I receive spare part. For now my plan is to keep it 
running at the very least until Monday afternoon. Please plan 
accordingly as this server is not likely to stay up for more than two 
weeks.
