GPU3 CUDA downgrade

Dear Autonians,

I would like to schedule CUDA downgrade from 8.0 to 7.5 on GPU3 for tomorrow at
11:00 AM. If you need machine up to finish a job please speak now. We feel that
there are some reasons to believe that our problems with compiling TensorFlow
are due to newest version of CUDA. I will try to downgrade to 7.5 which we use
on GPU1 and GPU2 to see if we can make a progress with this. We also hope it
might fix MATLAB problem.

I just receive extra RAM for GPU1, GPU2, and GPU3 so once GPU3 is back on line
it should have 256GB of RAM.
