neill[1-4] need to be powered down

Dear Autonians,

neill[1-4] computing nodes will need to be powered down in order to be
moved from the server RACK-1 to RACK-2. We are doing this in order to
prepare RACK-1 for a bunch of new GPU and CPU nodes we will be getting
in the near future. Unless there is a serious objection
(conference/papers deadlines) I would like to power neill[1-4] tomorrow
between 10 AM- 12:00PM. Alternatively I can try to do the whole
operation on Monday morning.
