MATLAB scheduled update

Dear Autonians,

I have being dragging my feet with MATLAB update due to several
deadlines but due to the licensing issue I have to move with this now. 

I will firstly update MATLAB on computing nodes running RHEL 7.1:

ari
foxconn

while finding a way to upgrade MATLAB and OS itself (to RHEL 7.1) on our
large computing nodes

lov3, lov4, low1

with minimal down time. 

If you have any MATLAB instances running on these two machines please
wrap up your work by 12:00 PM tomorrow 30th of September. If your work
is so important and can't be finished by tomorrow please speak up now.
