What would we do with a large pool of new computing resources?

If we were to get something like this:

* 20 CPU computing nodes with 40 cores each for the total of 800 cores 
and 10TB of RAM combined
* 4 GPU computing nodes with the total number of stem processors of 
almost 60 thousand
* 100 TB common storage space + plenty of local storage per each unit above

How would that enhance your/our research?

How would it open new relevant and important research avenues?

Predrag and I are putting together an equipment grant proposal for the 
Department of Defense
and we need a bunch of convincing stories in its support.
