MATLAB updated on Ari and Foxconn

MATLAB is now updated to the latest 2015b on both ARI and Foxconn and
fully functional (I tested it). I will update MATLAB on desktops and few
older computing nodes tomorrow evening.

I will make a plan on Friday how to upgrade both MATLAB and OS to RHEL
7.1 on lov3,lov3, and low1. I will also add the scratch space on those
three nodes.
