[auton-users] lov4 up and running

Dear Autons,

LOV4 is up and running. I apologize for the delay deployment.
As with LOV3 use caution and consider deployment to be Beta.
Any comments bug reports and similar are highly appreciated.
I have yet to create /scretch directory on both lov3 and lov4
but do not keep your hopes high as the SSD we got is only 600GB.

Actually some packages are already update compared to that old
spread sheet file. For example R is now R-3.0.2. Yes screen,
htop, and few other things that people brought to my attention
are installed. Neill-fs is mounted so Dr. Neill's user group
should be able to use the server without any problems.
