Dear Autons,



According to physical sensors lou1 is overheating. The good news is that
according to ipmitools temperature looks OK. The bad news is that it
looks like one of the fans (not the CPU one thanks God)or power supplies
(it has two) might be dead. In order for me to further investigate this
I have to take machine off line and bring in to my office for physical
inspection.


There are several people who are currently using this physical server
which also hosts ROWDATA1 virtual machine (CDC project). Please contact
me privately so that we can make arrangements which will be the least
disruptive for your work in order to do necessary repairs.
