[auton-users] LOW1 restored

Attention Users:

The LOU1 compute node had to be rebooted unexpectedly due to a few
processes which overloaded them machine and caused it to crash. Any
processes or sessions on that machine were killed. It happened on May 22nd,
around 4:10pm. Please check your jobs.
