[auton-users] LOW1 maintenance, 04/23, 3-5PM

The maintenance for LOW1 will take place on *April 23th, 3:00PM - 5:00PM*.
During the maintenance, LOW1 will be taken down; the faulty module has been
identified and will be replaced.
