[auton-users] File Server Reboot Today 5 PM EST

Today at 5:00 PM our new file server will be rebooted for a kernel update.


This reboot will produce a short (10 minute or less) disruption for 
/auton connected desktop and compute nodes. 


All compute nodes and desktops are configured in such a way that I/O to 
the /auton share will block during the downtime, and pick up right where 
it left off, after the reboot.  Because of this, I do not anticipate any 
issues regarding open files or processes. 


However, this is the first reboot of the new server with live clients 
connected.  If you encounter any issue with your open files and you 
believe the reboot to be the culprit, please report your issue to me.
