Hi Lab,


I've got the processors in for the upgrade of the LOP/LOQ machines.  
This will take them from 1.6 Ghz to 2.2 GHz.  I will need to take down 
all LOP and LOQ machines one by one for only a few minutes each, to 
allow me to install the processor upgrades.


I prefer to do this all at once, on Thursday morning.  Please let me 
know if you have any long running jobs that cannot be interrupted.  
Otherwise, I will proceed with the upgrade on Thursday morning.


After the upgrade, you will see close to a 50% improvement in computing 
speed.
