[auton-users] Matlab Upgraded to version 7.4/2007a on Lab Machines

Hi Lab,

I've updated the Matlab install on the Lab Machines to version 7.4 / 
2007a.  Only Lina and Lira do not have Matlab available. 

LOP[1-6],
LOQ[1-3].
LOR[1-2],
LOS1, and
NEILL[1-2]

Have all been updated to the latest version.
