Hi Lab
Thanks to the hard work of Jeanie, who recently fixed some 64-bit
related bugs in ASL - I am excited to announce that ASL is now installed
and available on the LOPS.
To run ASL from a LOP, simply make an X11 enabled ssh connection:
ssh -Y lop1.autonlab.org
[ OR: ssh -X lop1.autonlab.org # Under older versions of ssh client ]
Then simply run:
asl
If you haven't used ASL in a while, you will be pleased with some of the
recent improvements, which include:
- Ability to save your ASL workspace
- Improved grouping of Algorithms
- Improved handling of very large datasets
- More complete documentation and help files
A more complete changelog can be viewed at
