[auton-users] change needed for remote ssh access to CVS

If you have a machine that has CVSROOT set to use LIKE or LEND for 
remote access to the CVS repository
(as described on the intranet:
http://www.autonlab.org/intranet/intranet/cvs.html#remote)

You need to update CVSROOT to use LOP1 instead.  LIKE and LEND will soon
be moved behind a router and won't be directly accessible to outside
machines.

STEPS
1. edit your .bashrc and change the CVSROOT variable to use lop1
2. source ~/.bashrc
3. cd h
4. ./smallbutuseful/change_cvsroot.pl -r

The last step updates the 'Root' file in each project's 'CVS' subdir to
reflect the new value of CVSROOT.
