[auton-users] Compute Machine upgrade LOQ3

Hi Everyone.

You are receiving this message because there was a operating system 
upgrade on LOQ3.

Previously, until this point, the compute machines have run various 
releases of Gentoo Linux.  LOQ3 has been reinstalled with an enterprise 
class binary Linux distribution called CentOS. 

Initial testing is already complete, and the machine is ready to use.  I 
would love it if, when you have a job to run, you run it on LOQ3 if you 
can.  I would like to hear any positive feedback, suggestions, or 
constructive criticism on the change.
