[auton-users] The lab is back up

The lab fileserver has been replaced.  While it's ability to handle high
load has been diminished, we only ever see a high load for certain jobs
run on loki -- and loki is down because we stole it's scsi card.

lop1-7 are available, as are the new 8GB loq1 and loq2.  Lina and lira
are also available.
