[auton-users] quota issues on bigpapa

Hello,

We recently observed a quota malfunction on bigpapa for one user.  If 
you find you cannot create new files or directories, let us know at 
admin at autonlab.org.  For instance, gmake might fail with warnings from 
the assembler about being unable to create Linux...fast/foo.o.

This problem is easily fixed in the short term (for NIPS).  We'll 
address the longer term cause and remedy as soon as possible.
