[auton-users] New status graphs

We're happy to announce that the new Auton Status backend is up and 
running.  Information of all of the lops has been added, along with a 
new "Server" page to see the status of our backend servers.

We have selected colors with higher contrast but are happy to change 
them if someone can suggest 10-15 more distinct colors(perferably in 
hex).  We believe these are a great improvement.  Let us know what you 
think.
