[auton-users] more temp problems

Hi,

After letting all the machines run for a bit, our temp climbed back to
78F.  This is too close to the "scary" region for comfort.  Since I
don't feel like babysitting the lab all day, I've shutdown our hottest
machines and the least essential machines.

lop*
loki

Unavailable:
lazy
liver
lira
lina (but for other reasons =-)
loon

There was a massive air conditioning failure in NSH that won't be fixed
until next week some time.  We'll keep lop* and loki running so long as
the lab temps stay low enough.  Though unintuitive, more cooling
capacity will become available if the outside air temp rises.
