[auton-users] lab machines are up!

Hello,

I'm happy to announce that the lab machines are up.  The temp is holding
at 72F, which is the best we can hope for given the AC problems related
to the NSH B level flood.

AFS is not yet available on all of the alphas due to a kernel upgrade
(for security reasons), but will be later today.  AFS on lop* should be
available by next weekend.  As you might have noticed, keeping AFS
running is somewhat painful and uses much of our admin time.
