[auton-users] No AFS on lop* yet

Hi everyone,

Andrew had me say a short blurb about the new lop* servers at the lab
meeting yesterday.  I said they were up and ready.  There's a caveat,
though.  AFS is not yet installed.  If you want to work on a lop* and
need AFS for cvs access but no other reason, then I (Paul) can help you
quickly transition to cvs over ssh.  I'll bet Pat (sorry to volunteer
you, Pat) can help, too.

I believe Jacob has successfully tested AFS on lop5, but has not
finished full installation on any of the lop*.
