Hello,

I have released Ting's reservation on lira.autonlab.org.  I have been
informed that she still has some conference experiments to run, and
would appreciate it if we kept on of lira's CPUs free.

At present we do not have an easy way to enforce a reservation of one
cpu, so please be curteous and avoid tying up lira's second cpu.  If you
do use lira's second cpu, please try to avoid long-running experiments
on it.
