[Research] upcoming changes

Dear Autonians,

I would like to inform you of the upcoming departure of one
of the key members of our Team. Mike Baysek and his wife
made a decision to relocate to warmer climates of Arizona.

Mike, dating back to his day one in the Lab, has been
constantly earning a strong reputation of a remarkably
competent sysadmin, astute data analyst, diligent customer
relationship manager, reliable and always positive teammate,
and a close friend to many a Lab members, the undersigned
included. He will be missed immensely, no doubt.

Mike is not leaving immediately. We will have until Thursday
February 16th to enjoy his company and crack a few jokes
together. Mike will be driving the transition of the sysadmin
powers to Jarod, who has kindly agreed to take the challenge
(which, I hear, may include having to wear black jeans and
black t-shirt to work, growing long hair, shaving only from
time to time, and pouring loads of tabasco sauce on every
bite of food). Please join me in welcoming Jarod to his new,
very important role on our Team.
