[Research] IMPORTANT: acknowledgements in papers

Hello,

We need to remember to put appropriate acknowledgments in all
papers which involve lab members or others funded in part or
in full from our projects.

It is especially important to always remember to mention
whenever relevant:

CDC grant:

"This work was supported by the Centers of Disease Control (award number
R01-PH000028)."

NSF Biosurveillance grant:

"This material is based upon work that was suported by the National
Science Foundation under grant number IIS-0325581."
