[Research] Machine Room Shutdown Friday

Hi Everyone,
Our compute machines are back up and running. For now, however, please
refrain from starting jobs on LOP1 or LOR2.
Once the jobs that are running on those machines are finished, I will be
shutting them down and moving them back to the machine room as well.
