[Research] registration at NESCAI

For students:
This is a quick reminder that even if you didn't submit a paper, you  
could still go to NESCAI. It's free and we're trying to figure out  
how to provide transportation to Cornell for all that want to come.   
If you are planning to go it would be great if you could register  
(it's a different registration process from the paper submission).  
The registration deadline is April 6th, but the earlier you register  
the better, since we need to start figuring out accommodations asap.
