[Research] food for lab meetings

I like the idea of shifting. We need to make sure the person, who will
be on duty, will get the notice from either Kristen or the last person
on duty; it's hard to remember the sequence. If the person has the
difficulty, just passes/returns the token to the next or to Kristen.
