[Research] combining correlated p-values paper

The paper I mentioned today is:

S. Pocock, N. Geller, A. Tsiatis, "The Analysis of Multiple Endpoints in
Clinical Trials," Biometrics, 43, 487-498, September, 1987.

If you find it hard to get an electronic copy, I left 1 copy outside my 
door.  If you want it, please make yourself a copy and put that one back so 
other people can look at it.

Several good comments/explanations were mentioned at the meeting, but I 
still consider myself to be not-yet-fully-enlightened.  So if you do look 
at it, please share any observations and intuitions with the rest of us.
