[Research] one-on-one meetings

Hello,

As we discussed in the recent town hall meeting I would like
to meet with every active lab member one-on-one on a bi-weekly
basis for about 30 minutes each time. I have allocated slots 
on my schedule for that on Wednesday PM (1 till 6) and Thusday PM 
(3 till 4:30). Please contact Kristen with your preferences as 
she will be coordinating and assembling the timetable.
Please do not hesitate to let her know if you could not make
either of the above windows and we will try ot figure out
what would work for everyone.
