[Research] Open house Sunday

Hi all,

I'm planning one last get together motivated by:

(1) Its good to have friends over :)
(2) I have some furniture that needs a new home... maybe some of you 
will want something. ???
(3) The house is *so clean* now that we have it up for sale!  I need to 
take advantage of that!

So if you are interested in stopping by, I'm having an open house this 
Sunday from 1-4,  208 S. Millvale Ave.
