I don't understand. One of the example emails I sent was within a few
hours of having sent it.
It is now two and a half weeks since I first asked a simple question:
> Is this a known problem that is being worked on?
which really only needed a yes/no answer. When I and other in my team
spent a great deal of effort going back over logs to help find examples,
and then also send a very timely example over a few hours old, this is a
pretty unsatisfactory answer to finally receive.
Appended at the end is my original request for help.

Dear Help,
For the past month I and my group have been having problems with emails
between CS accounts taking many hours and sometimes more than a day to reach
their destination. Several folks have independently noticed these problems.
They have also happened with sending urgent information to sponsors or
joint-proposal-writers. Is this a known problem that is being worked on?
Thanks for any information you have,
Andrew
