First, a reminder that the 2024 ACT-R Workshop will take place on July 23
at Tilburg University, Netherlands in association with the MathPsych/ICCM
conference <https://mathpsych.org/conference/15/>. That date is a day after
the main MathPsych/ICCM program, and a day before the Cognitive Science
conference <https://cognitivesciencesociety.org/cogsci-2024/> in nearby
Rotterdam. Hopefully it will be convenient for attendees of both
conferences to participate in the workshop.

Second, Andrea Stocco and colleagues (including myself) have a new open
access paper <https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s42113-023-00189-y>
in Computational Brain and Behavior (also available on the ACT-R website
<http://act-r.psy.cmu.edu/?post_type=publications&p=34697>) titled "An
Integrated Computational Framework for the Neurobiology of Memory Based on
the ACT‑R Declarative Memory System" which might be useful as an
introduction to ACT-R for a neuroscience audience.
