As an alternative to full paper submissions, a maximum one-page
abstract describing work recently published in other forums or an
extension of a previously published project may be
submitted. Submissions in this category must include a reference to a
recently published paper (within 3 years) by the submitting author.

Publication-Supported Abstracts will be considered for talks, which
will be given in-person, accompanied by a slide deck. Each speaker is
assigned a 20-min presentation slot, which is typically divided into
15 minutes for presenting and 5 minutes of question time.

Publication-Supported Abstracts not accepted as talks may be accepted as
posters.

Publication-Supported Abstracts will NOT be published in the ICCM
Conference Proceedings.

ICCM Poster

Short abstracts, maximum of 250 words, may be submitted for
consideration as ICCM posters only.

In-person ICCM Poster dimensions will be announced in early May after
acceptance. Presenters will be given a time and place to mount their
poster, as well as a time during which the poster is "attended" --
meaning that you should be there for people to ask you questions.

ICCM Poster abstracts will NOT be published in the ICCM Conference
Proceedings.

Symposium / Talk in a Symposium

Symposia are blocks of four to eight regular-length talks on a
relatively narrow topic. They are expected to have a lead/team of
organizers who coordinate the individual papers. The organizer should
submit a summary of the symposium separately. Each talk within a
symposium should submit their talks individually.

Overall Symposium Summary: Symposium summary submissions should be a
maximum of 1 page, including a symposium title, a 250 word abstract of
the symposium overall, and a planned list of speakers who have already
agreed to participate in the symposium. The Symposium summary should
be submitted by the lead organizer, identifying any co-organizers as
co-authors.

Talk in a Symposium: Symposium talks should be submitted individually
by the lead author of each talk, and should include a title and
abstract of no more than 250 words.  When you submit the abstract,
please indicate in the “Optional Comment” field the proposed symposium
title to which the talk belongs.

Symposium talk submissions that are not accepted as part of a
symposium will be reviewed for regular MathPsych or ICCM
presentations.

Workshops/Tutorials

Workshops and tutorials are half-day sessions, up to 4 hours, that
target teaching or workshop-style discussions on a topic or technique
of interest to the Math Psych and/or ICCM communities.

Workshops and tutorials will take place on 19 Jul 24.

Workshop and Tutorial submissions should be up to 1 page in length and
contain the following information:

     Title and Organizers,
A 250-word abstract outlining the proposed workshop/tutorial topic
and objectives,
List of the tutorial or workshop leads and what each contributes to
the session,
Proposed schedule for the workshop/tutorial execution,
Description of IT, audio-visual equipment, or material needs to
execute or support the session.

We just celebrated the great success of BICA*AI 2023
(https://nam10.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.bicaai2023.org%2Fprogram%2F&data=05%7C02%7Ciccm-l%40lists.psu.edu%7Ca871a4c885654245849608dbfd0a9f01%7C7cf48d453ddb4389a9c1c115526eb52e%7C0%7C0%7C638381994288585290%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=VG48j2K5seXet92%2BOMVTj5KjqhCGf25nt5DgY7kgPiY%3D&reserved=0), and now we are writing to you,
because our BICA*AI Conference is in jeopardy. It is not easy for us
to secure the location for BICA*AI 2024. As a result, we are now
facing a possibility of destructive consequences for the
conference. This is not a joke. But the problem can be solved with
your help.

We believe that BICA*AI is a well-established over 14 years, unique
conference venue that has a very special value for the world’s
scientific/AI community. It breaks cross-national and cross-cultural
barriers, publishes immature yet promising results along with
high-quality findings in mainstream journals, creates a friendly,
informal atmosphere of excitement and opportunity for the emergence of
new ideas and collaborations, and offers a preview of the future. We
should not let it down. It is imperative that BICA*AI be rescued now,
and with your help we can do it.

Therefore, we are asking all Members, all previous and future BICA*AI
participants, authors, reviewers, affiliates, and friends for help. To
secure the existence of future BICA*AI conferences, we ask you to
contribute a pre-registration payment now – and save huge on your
future registration fees. By making this contribution, you support the
BICA*AI Conference and express your interest in it for the coming
years.

Here is how it works. You pay now a $150 USD Pre-Registration Fee plus
a $50 USD BICA*AI Society Membership Fee. Then you get a 50% (fifty
percent) discount in all your Registration Fees for BICA*AI
Conferences during the following 3 years (2024-2026), plus your active
BICA*AI Society Membership extended for the following 5 years (a $250
value), resulting in a $50 USD discount in each your BICA*AI
Registration Fee during 2024-2028 that is not reduced by the first
option.

Your help is vital for the BICA*AI Conference. Therefore, we ask you
to go beyond the first two options and add to them a donation of any
amount that you can afford, made to BICA*AI Society. This optional
donation will not affect your future discounts, but it will be highly
valuable for the community, because it will help us to secure the
venue. When combined with the first two options, with your permission,
we will list your name as a Supporting Member of BICA*AI Society.

This is a unique offer made only once, and the number of tickets is
limited. To make your contribution, please go to Eventbrite using the
following link:
