The International Conference of Information Science and Computer Application (ICISCA) is devoted to fields of Computer Science, Communication and Information Systems. All ICISCA 2012 papers will be peer-reviewed and published in the international journal Advances in Information Technology and Applied Computing (ISSN 2251-3418), with selected papers to appear in International Journal of Information Science and Computer Applications (ISSN: 2010-3603) after extension. The mission of this conference is to publish original contributions in its field in order to promote global exchange of knowledge.
