[ACT-R-users] Designing agents to play chess with each other

Hello, every one. These days work involved in AI has been puzzling me a lot. I always thought of the question "What I have lived for?". A lot of ideas came to my mind.
I try to design an agent to play with human beings. At the same time, I try to make it learn some stratogies while playing. However, there occurs a problem: what results will be if two agents play with each other. Which one will win ?
