[ACT-R-users] New ACT-R 6.0 release

The winter release of ACT-R 6.0 is now available on the
ACT-R web site along with some slides that describe the
major updates and changes since the summer release (which
was discussed at the Workshop).

Both can be found on the "Software & Tutorials" page, and
here's a direct link to the slides:
