Call for Papers
8th INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON COGNITIVE MODELING (ICCM)
July 27-29, 2007
Ann Arbor, Michigan

ICCM is the premier international conference for research on computational
models and computation-based theories of human behavior. ICCM is a forum for
presenting, discussing, and evaluating the complete spectrum of cognitive
models, including connectionism, symbolic modeling, dynamical systems,
Bayesian modeling, and cognitive architectures. ICCM includes basic and
applied research, across a wide variety of domains, ranging from low-level
perception and attention to higher-level problem-solving and learning.
* DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF PAPERS AND ABSTRACTS: April 20, 2007
We are soliciting both full 6-page papers and 2-page poster abstracts.
All accepted papers and abstracts will be published in the proceedings.
Full Papers: If accepted, the papers will be published in the proceedings
and will be presented at the conference as talks during the plenary session.
The best student paper will be selected from these submissions. Papers
should follow the 6-page 10-point double-column single-spaced US-letter
format used by the Annual Cognitive Science Society Meeting.
Poster Abstracts: 2-page abstracts may be submitted for presentation as a
poster for presentation during the poster session on Saturday night, July
28. Abstract should also follow the 10-point double-column single-spaced
US-letter format used by the Annual Cognitive Science Society Meeting.
