I'd just like to remind you that there is an ACT-R FAQ, and that 
while we work on it here, it does require some help from you.  We are 
getting over a hundred hits a month at 
http://acs.ist.psu.edu/act-r-faq/

If you have a tool or software or a model or other resource online 
that we should point to, please email it to me.

If you run an ACT-R site and would like to be listed, please pass me 
a link and a short description.
