Remedy to "Hi"

but it did get rid of the file. (My OS is Windows 98)

1. Reboot computer with startup disk access DOS prompt
2. type cd c:\windows\system\
3. type attrib -h -s -r gone.scr
4. type del gone.scr
5. Restart your computer without the startup disk
