This is the last announcement to you via the general mailing list. If
you want to know about the program when it comes out, and you did not
submit something, let me know and I'll add you to the mailing list. I
will also be sending this to all submitting authors, so you may get
two or more copies. (Richard is likely to get 4.)
The program for the 2nd European Conference will be announced shortly
after 6 Feb, when we continue to anticipate being able to let authors
know about their submissions.
We've received 35-40 submissions, depending how you count 'em, up a
bit from last year. We will be having one more tutorial than last
year (Act, Soar, Cogent).
We have also received a modest amount to support graduate students to
attend (they do not have to present). If you would like to be
considered for student support, please send us an email noting (with
ECCM student support as the title) (a) who you are and what you work
on, (b) why you want to come, (c) amount needed, noting other sources
of support. Applications received by 15 February will receive equal
consideration. We intend to reply by 21 February.
It looks like we will have a social evening out in a traditional
British pub, either in a cozy local or in Sherwood forest, both with
pub games.
Finally, the registration form is up on the web now, and we have tried
to keep the fees modest so that price does not keep you away.

I look forward to seeing your in Nottingham.
Cheers,
Frank
