ACT-R ported to shareware CL

ACT-R has been ported to a shareware Common Lisp implementation
(available by ftp at the University of Karlsruhe, Germany) on DOS and
UNIX machines by Pr. Floor van der Ham of the Free University of
Amsterdam, Netherlands.  Instructions on how to perform the port are
available on the Web or by anonymous ftp at
ftp://ftp.andrew.cmu.edu/pub/act-r/ftp/release/Shareware/Amsterdam.txt.
