<pre>1. Tools are now externals to olympus/Tools
2. Added ABORTED (task abandonment) to the list of states.
3. Added round function to win32dep.
4. Added current goal processing in the PenDecoder.
5. Now checking for new camera images once per second.
6. Added task status processing to PrimitiveComm.lib.
7. Move reports no longer short-circuited. Depend on ack status.</pre>
